About This Coffee
Our Be Merry Holiday Blend celebrates everything we love about this season: brightness, warmth, and those cozy flavors that make the holidays feel special. This year’s blend brings together three coffees we’re proud of, each contributing its own character and story.
The foundation of the blend comes from Abana Estate’s Ginjo lot in Gera Limu, Ethiopia. Our friend Michael Omran and his family have poured years of care into this land, and it shows in the cup. Their Ginjo brings vibrant citrus character, giving the blend its festive orange marmalade lift and bright, joyful energy.
Adding structure and sparkle is the Thuti AA from Gatugi in Nyeri, Kenya, sourced through our friends at Bonaventure Coffee. Kenyan coffees are known for their clarity, and this one is no exception. It adds a clean, sparkly acidity that keeps the cup lively, refreshing, and beautifully balanced, like holiday lights twinkling through the season.
Rounding everything out is a natural-processed coffee from Anasora Village in Ethiopia, adding softness, sweetness, and depth. Its natural process brings those comforting sugar cookie and toasted pecan tones that make this blend feel cozy and nostalgic, with a spiced pear warmth tying it all together.
